The 14 Day free trial period has, with immediate effect, been increased to 60 days of free use
in keeping with the overwhelming requests for extensions. Whilst this will resolve the additional trial needs of future Pookanyoni users, those who have already installed Pookanyoni using an earlier version will need to activate their installation with the serial number XDE-60D, much in the same manner as purchasing licences. Once this has been done, an additional 45 days of free use is granted in terms of this license.
The image viewer will now accommodate images up to 2.8mb (compressed)
and additional features have been added to the Report Writer with more enhancements promised. Visit us regularly to ensure that you have the newest version with the latest enhancements and improvements along with ideas about how to maximise the benefits that Pookanyoni brings.

After many years of research and two years of build, Pookanyoni finally comes to market.
Pookanyoni is a unique database software that is clearly world-class in its approach to free users from conventional database limitations, and is offered with a free 14 day trial. The ease of use, customisable screens and the scope of applications cross all sectors, small business as well as industrial and corporation applications. Developed in Java, it can be installed on all operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Mac, and Solaris. The Windows version is available now, and the other flavours are set to follow shortly.
When considering whom the target audience may be, it is extremely difficult to exclude any database requirement. Its origins clearly stem from planned maintenance and the needs of managing agents. To this end, one immediately thinks of engineers, maintenance managers, and safety practitioners. But at every visit, it becomes clearer that the target market is far more extensive.
The ingenuity of the software's architecture becomes obvious with the simplicity and power of built-in data manipulation demonstrated throughout, bringing about intelligence never before witnessed within generic software. The approach to how data is handled, and the scope of the vast array of applications leaves one pondering if this software is not undervalued at £235.00.
Rich in features that include attaching and storing documents and images to a record, cost tracking, Asset Registers as well as defining when to apply the principals associated with capitalisation and a depreciation calculation tool, are but a few of the returns yielded from capturing invoices. The "Show Me" function pulls out all of the planned activities within the desired time frame and the provision for breakdowns has not been excluded. The element called "What If" brings infinite permutations to setting conditions and time intervals to activities that traverse the entire database bringing about automatic updates to existing records.
The constant access to history has been superbly resolved throughout by employing navigators and lists as appropriate. Concerns about addressing competencies and safe working practices are effectively answered and the objectives of loss control and safety practitioners are immediately addressed, along with time saving short cuts when capturing repetitive records.
