When using these Services or simply visiting our website, you certify that You have read and agree to abide by our values, which applies to all areas of the Pookanyoni.com Website including Forums, and this Code of Conduct, which outlines and highlights the conduct expected of participants in the Forums.

While Pookanyoni reserves the right to edit or remove any Content, in the spirit of providing Forums that offer valuable information and sometimes spirited discussion, Pookanyoni intend to remove or edit only Content we determine to be harmful or offensive or to violate our Value System. Pookanyoni will operate the Forums through moderators who may or may not be our employees. Please use the same common courtesy in the Forums as You would in any other public place as this resource is intended for gathering information about our products and community services endorsed by Pookanyoni Limited. Discussion and debate is welcome; senseless argument is not.

The following forms a part of our Value System which we will vigorously defend.

1.1 Pookanyoni is not responsible for any Content that users or non-Pookanyoni moderators post in the Forums.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that You, and not Pookanyoni, are entirely responsible for all Content that You upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Services. Pookanyoni does not control the Content posted via the Services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Services, You may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or Objectionable.

1.2 There is no place in these message boards for slander, third-party commercial advertisements (including links) or unauthorized information disclosure.

While it is not our intent to monitor Your online communications, Pookanyoni reserves the right to edit or remove any Content, including Content that we determine to be harmful, offensive or otherwise in violation of our value system. Pookanyoni and its Forums Moderators may also remove Content that contains third-party commercial advertisements, is inaccurate or includes unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Violation of the Restrictions as defined below may also result in the termination or suspension of Your account. These Restrictions apply to all Content provided to or through the Services, including but not limited to email messages, newsgroup postings, chat and personal or business web pages.

1.3 You agree, if asked by a representative of Pookanyoni or a Forums Moderator, to cease posting any Content, and/or links to Content, deemed offensive, Objectionable, or in poor taste by Pookanyoni or the Forums Moderators. Any personal attacks will be removed and can be grounds for banning.

You agree not to post or store on Pookanyoni.com or any of its affiliated sites any Content that violates or infringes anyone's intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, publicity rights or (to the extent protectable) confidential ideas). You agree not to use inaccurate, harmful, obscene, defamatory, racist, violent, offensive, lewd, lascivious, filthy, harassing or otherwise objectionable ("Objectionable") Content on the Forums websites, or to post or store any Objectionable Content on Pookanyoni.com or any of its affiliated sites. Pookanyoni reserves the right to delete the accounts of users who do not comply with these requirements.

1.4 You agree not to post messages that are clearly outside of the stated topic of any forums nor disrupt a forum by deliberately posting repeated irrelevant messages or copies of identical messages (also known as "flooding").

You agree not to post or store on Pookanyoni.com or any of its affiliated sites any Content that is intentionally off-topic, repetitive, inaccurate, or irrelevant.

1.5 Definitions

"Objectionable" describes Content that Pookanyoni acting directly or through its Forum Moderators deems offensive, indecent, inaccurate, harmful, obscene, defamatory, racist, violent, offensive, lewd, lascivious, filthy, harassing or otherwise objectionable.

"Restrictions" means Pookanyoni's restrictions against Content that:

(a) Pookanyoni acting directly or through its Forum Moderators deems potentially slanderous, libelous or defamatory, harmful, offensive, inaccurate or otherwise Objectionable;

(b) includes third party advertising or unauthorized disclosures of personal information;

(c) violates or infringes anyone's intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, publicity rights or (to the extent protectable) confidential ideas); or

(d) otherwise violates the Terms or this Code.
